Acceptable use policy

Agents act in real apps with real accounts, so this policy covers what people ask agents to do, not only what they do themselves.

DraftLast updated 30 October 2026

This document is a draft under legal review. Highlighted text is still to be filled in. Until it’s final, the agreement you sign with us governs.

1Who it applies to

This policy is part of our Terms of service. It applies to every customer, every User, and every agent working for them. A task an agent carries out counts as the customer’s own action.

2What isn’t allowed

  • Breaking the law, or helping someone else break it, including fraud, money laundering and sanctions violations.
  • Accessing accounts, systems or data you aren’t authorised to use, or getting around their security, rate limits or access controls.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonating a person or organisation.
  • Scraping or automating a site or app in breach of its terms.
  • Creating or spreading malware, or attacking, probing or disrupting any system, ours included.
  • Harassment, threats, or content that exploits or harms children.
  • Collecting or processing personal data without a lawful basis, or special category data without the safeguards the law requires.
  • Making decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as hiring, credit or housing) without meaningful human review.
  • Developing weapons, or other uses that could cause serious physical harm.
  • Reselling or sharing access to Miles, or using it to build a competing product, unless we’ve agreed in writing.

3Using agents responsibly

  • Give agents only the app access they need, and keep approval required for sending, paying and deleting unless you’ve decided otherwise.
  • Don’t approve an action without reading it, or approve one another person asked for to get around your own workspace’s rules.
  • Don’t switch off the audit log or try to change it. It’s meant to stay complete.
  • Tell people when an agent, not a person, is writing to them, where the law or the situation expects it.

4If this policy is broken

We may remove content, stop tasks, or suspend agents or accounts, as narrowly as we can, to stop a breach, and we’ll tell your workspace owners why. Serious or repeated breaches can end the agreement under the Terms of service.

5Reporting misuse

To report misuse of Miles, write to legal@twospoon.ai with what happened and when.

Questions about how we work?

Bring a real task. We’ll show an agent doing it on its own computer, in your apps, and asking before it acts.
